    • We offer free local delivery for orders within a 60-mile radius of Lube Squad of Maryland's Baltimore Distribution Center. This includes the areas surrounding Owings Mills, MD. Eligibility for free local delivery will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on your delivery address.

  2. Shipping Rates:

    • For orders outside the 60-mile radius or not eligible for free local delivery, shipping rates will vary based on the distance and carrier fees. Shipping costs will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

  3. Delivery Timeframe:

    • The delivery timeframe for local deliveries and shipped orders will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, destination, and carrier processing times.

  4. Order Processing:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment. This processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  5. Tracking Information:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

  6. International Shipping:

    • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping options.
